The Abbadon Easy Quest Guide
The Abbadon is the exotic solar thunderlord machine gun that came with the dawning event. You will first need to unlock the void thunderlord the Nova Mortis before you can start the Abbadon quest. If you haven't done so yet go ahead and check out my Nova Mortis guide video, you can find a link to that video in the description below or check out the youtube card in the right hand corner.
So once you have acquired the Nova mortis you can start the Abbadon quest. At the moment this quest is a little bit bugged as the little marker shows that you need to talk to ikora, but you actually need to talk to Zavala to start the quest.
The quest is similar to the nova Mortis with the only difference that you need to have solar ability kills and the strike is the shield brothers instead.
So the first step is to get 100 solar ability kills. So start up your favourite farming mission. I recommend to do either the siege of the warmind or the Dark Beyond “we have woken the Hive” Mission.
For warlocks use your double grenade build and use your favorite grenade , you can use the exotic the claws of ahamkara for the double melee for additional ability kills.
Gunslingers I recommend to use the young ahamkara’s spine for the extra tripmine grenade and achlyophage symbiote for the extra golden gun shot.
And for the Titan light up the place with the pyro build to change the place into a firing hell of explosions and fire!
Once you completed this step go back to the tower and you will be requested to complete the shield brothers strike. This can be done on any difficulty level , I have done it on light level 320.
Completing this will grant you the Abbadon!
