Destiny 2 Dates, Prices, Beta details and everything else we know so far

Hi Guardians, we are coming closer and closer towards the release of Destiny 2.
And with the beta coming soon I thought it is about time to wrap up all the Destiny 2 news that we have collected so far and summarize everything that we know so far about Destiny 2.

D2 RELEASE
So let's start with the general information about Destiny 2. The release dates are now announced for all platforms. Destiny 2 will be released on Wednesday 6th September for Ps4 and the Xbox one. The release for PC will follow a month and a half later on Tuesday 24th October.
The PC version will only be sold on Battle.net.

There will be 6 editions of Destiny 2, 3 physical editions and 3 digital editions.
The limited version comes with an expansion pass, a limited edition steel case, and a cabal themed collector’s box, and premium digital content with a legendary sword, emote and an emblem.  and the Collector’s edition has all the same stuff as the Limited edition but it also comes with a Destiny 2 Frontier bag.
The digital versions are the same but then without the physical goodies. So you have the Base game destiny 2, or you can choose the option with the Expansion pass  and there is a digital deluxe edition where you get the expansion pass and the additional digital content.
I will make sure to add the prices in the video so you can decide which one you want to buy. Do take into account that the Destiny 2 Expansion pass with the 2 expansions,  will be priced at 35 US dollars, so if you are planning to play the expansion as well and you want to save some money you may want to buy the Digital version with the expansion included to save you 5 bucks.

BETA
If you pre-order the game you will have early access to the Beta.
The Beta starts on July 18th at 10 AM pacific time for the PS4, and Xbox one users can play the beta the day after on July 19th. And the open beta where no pre-order is required starts Friday the 21st of July.
So if you are not sure yet whether to buy Destiny 2 or not, you can freely try out the beta. The beta period will end on Sunday 23rd of July.
The beta for PC will start late august.
At the Beta you will be able to play 6 subclasses , 2 for each class. You will be able to play the first mission The Home Coming and the Inverted Spire strike which you all saw at the Destiny 2 reveal stream. And for the PVp people you can try out the new Pvp mode countdown.

SUBCLASSES
Personally I can’t wait to try out the new subclasses. There will be 3 new subclasses, the arcstrider which will replace the Bladedancer, the sentinel and the warlock dawnblade.
As of now we don’t have all the details yet on each subclass, but I will show you what we do know so far for the Dawnblade, revamped gunslinger, the revamped striker and the arcstrider.
As you can see the grenades and jumps haven’t changed that much, they did changed increased control for the titan so you can not titan skate anymore.
The real changes comes in the Class ability and the Skill Trees. The class ability is a class specific ability that is shared among all subclasses , so for example all the warlock subclasses can create a circle where guardians will be healed or where their attack power is increased. When you have a look at the skill tree you can see that these are now all grouped up in 2 specific skill trees. You can not custom select certain skills anymore like in current Destiny but you have to choose between two grouped up skills.
WEAPONS
The weapon slot in Destiny 2 have been redesigned. You have two primary slots, one is kinetic and the other has an elemental damage. All the one hit kill potential weapons like sniper , fusion rifle, shotgun and rocket launchers will be in the heavy slot.

There will be 3 new weapon types added in Destiny 2, we will have grenade launchers, submachine guns and linear Fusion Rifles which can fire a long range precision energy bolt.

There will be weapon mods to change your weapons but we do not have any information so far how this will work. I believe it will be similar to call of duty where you can add mods to have a faster reload, different scope or something like that .

There is a new 5th weapon foundry called Veist, which looks very modern with predominantly black and green color scheme and it has a gothic feel to it.

Bungie also adjusted the weapons in a way to make balancing these much easier. Bungie will now be able to adjust a specific gun if this is overpowered. This is great news as they were not able to do that in Destiny 1, since any nefs in the current destiny game will apply that nerf on a whole archetype. So that is good news for the meta in the upcoming crucible in destiny 2.

Exotic quests are coming back but there will also be exotics that will randomly drop.
And you will not be able to buy faction weapons anymore from the vendor, in Destiny 2 you will earn weapons by opening packages or by leveling up.

CRUCIBLE
We also have some crucible changes. In the crucible we will have a new HUD which shows the classes of all the players in a match and you can see whether a specific player has a super or not. The new HUD will also show you when a guardian is dead or alive.
Energy weapons will now deal additional damage to guardians in their super.
So you will stand a much better chance now against supers when you are using energy weapons against them,
Ammo blocks will only be given to the person who pulled it from the case. And when you get Power ammo for your heavy weapon the game will now show you which guardian has it and what kind of power weapon you are using.
Last but not least the 6v6, 3v3, and free for all rumble are gone, all the crucible modes will be now 4 v 4.

So that is all the news so far summarized for you all. Personally I can not wait for the beta to launch so I can test all of this myself and I will share the experience with you all. Subscribe to stay up to date on that.
If you enjoyed this video a positive like rating is appreciated.

Thanks for Watching, and as always I will see you in the next video guardians.

The Top 3 Worst Elemental Adept Raid Primaries in Destiny Age of Triumph

Hi Guardians, in my previous video I have showcased you the top 3 best Arc , Solar and Void raid Primaries in the game. If you haven’t seen these videos yet go check it out you can find the links in the youtube card in the right hand corner or in the description below.
So today we are going to do something different, today we are going through the top 3 worst Raid primaries in the game.
I will asses the guns based on their use in Pve, but too be honest these guns also dont stand any chance in Pvp so we do not have to cover the crucible part at all.

So lets start the video with the least worst gun, in the number 3 spot we have the Wrath of the Machine Hand Cannon the Fever and Remedy. This is a hand cannon in the 81 impact archetyp similar like the popular fatebringer, palindrome, eyasluna and imago loop. This gun is very average, it has an ok range, ok stability, ok reload and nothing really stands out in the perk tree. Yes it does have the special perk Quick Reaction where you gain extra agility but this is only when reactive reload is active so you will need to reload in order to activate this perk, but you will also need to reload after a kill otherwise it wont proc the reactive reload.
This is a pretty niche perk, in raids there will be a lot of enemies coming at you and you want to have perks to deal with that , that is why the fatebringer hand cannon is so popular you have firefly and explosive rounds to deal a lot of damage against crowd of enemies and you can sustain the DPS with the outlaw perk which gives you a fast reload upon a precision kill.

The Fever and remedy gives you a damage boost with reactive reload but this does not complement with quick reaction. I dont need increased agility when I have a damage boost, when reactive reload is active I will want to have perks that has synergy with this , making you more lethal, I would like to see for example reload increasing perks like outlaw so you can benefit more from reactive reload with more time by increasing your reload speed.
Or you can double down on the damage boost by combining reactive reload with crowd control.
All of this will make the gun far more valuable than it is in the current state. You have here at best a mediocre hand cannon which can easily be outperformed by any other legendary versions, if you have the adept exotic version like I do then this is definitely a waste of your exotic slot.

You know what is also a waste of your exotic slot? The Anguish of Drystan autorifle which sits in the number 2 spot for the worst raid primary in the game. I mean seriously have you ever tried to use this gun before? If so, you will notice the horrible recoil of this gun, even if you increase the stability with the Braced frame perk the recoil is still awful.
It has an high mag size so you can afford the decrease in mag size with braced frame but it does not really make this gun much better. It does come with crowd control and impact increasing muzzles like accurized ballistics and field choke to maximize your DPS, but this is a waste if your bullets are flying around your enemies and not hitting them!
Since this is a  King’s Fall weapon it comes with the Cocoon perk which automatically reload your gun when this is stowed, however this perk is much more valuable on your heavy or secondary weapon in scenarios where you pull out your heavy or secondary gun, have a couple of shots and then switch to your primary and continue with your fight, while in the meantime your heavy or secondary is now automatically reloaded by the cocoon perk.
There are hardly any cases where you are using your heavy or secondary weapon for a long enough time to proc the cocoon perk for your primary. So in my opinion this is a wasted perk on a primary. With all of that combined you have an inaccurate autorifle with a combination of perks that is not fully utilized. Also here there are tons of other legendary auto rifles that can easily replace this gun. Thus it earns the number 2 spot.

So what is the worst raid primary in the game? This spot has to go to the Zaouli’s Bane King’s Fall Hand Cannon.
It is absolutely the worst thing that can happen when you finished the king’s fall raid after countless of hours and you are awarded with the Zaouli’s Bane hand cannon.
Like…. everything is terrible on this gun, it has a pitiful range stat of 9 and the reload of this gun is awfully low. This gun sits in the lowest impact hand  cannon archetype where the impact is 68 compared to the popular 81 impact archetypes like the fatebringer, so you will be able to one shot some low level adds but you will have a harder time with tougher enemies like majors or any shielded enemies.
Like i mentioned before when I was talking about the Fever and Remedy hand cannon, when you are playing high level pve activities like the raid you will need to face big group of enemies and this gun does not have anything to help you with that. The low range will definitely not help you and the slow reload speed will probably get you killed, yes you do have the Life Leech perk where three rapid kills will heal a small amount and start your health regeneration but when you are in trouble in high difficulty activities like a raid you are probably overwhelmed with adds where you probably don’t have enough time for you to activate the Life Leech perk.
And yes it does have the cocoon perk, but as mentioned before I rather have that perk on a secondary or heavy weapon instead. So in the end you have a low impact hand cannon which has no range and it reloads awfully slow and it does not have any useful perks.
The only redeeming factor that this gun has is that it looks pretty badass, and the reload animation is pretty cool as well, it reminds me of the Ray Gun with Zombies in Call of Duty.

So that is my top 3 worst raid primaries in Destiny. Don’t take these guns in any PVE activity it is awful and you won’t enjoy the time using these guns, I don’t even have to talk about pvp.
You can collect these guns as part of your exotic weapon collection if it is the adept version, and that is where it should stay in the exotic kiosk, and never to return to the light in the tower.

EASY SOLO Black Spindle Guide on a Warlock Year 3 Age of Triumph

Hi Guardians, so you have finished all the raids but there is still that one Black Spindle exotic sniper that you were never able to get because you either missed that period where everyone was getting their Black Spindle when they just found out about it or you just never bothered to do the Lost to Light mission, or you still want to have that Black Spindle ship the Vienna Singer.
Well this video is for you.

In this video I will show you, how you can easily get the Black Spindle solo on a warlock. You must have seen all of those Solo Black Spindle videos before. Getting the black spindle solo on the Lost to Light mission used to be the hardest challenge in Destiny.
But a lot has changed since then, during that time the max level cap was 320 whereas now you should be at light level 400 now.
And that changes things up, you can take on more damage and your damage output is also higher, which means that you will be much more effective in doing this special lost to light mission, and you can die more often and still recover from it whereas before when you die your run is probably over. In this specific run I actually died three times, but there are other runs where I did six times and I was still able to finish the mission in time. So you do not have to be a PVE god anymore to do a Solo Black Spindle run.
And when you have already done all the raids and you are looking for a fun solo challenge you should try this out. It is very fun to do this solo and you don’t require to have anyone in your fireteam to do this.

On a side note , With the latest Age of Triumph update you will also have a chance on getting the Black Spindle at the Deathsinger encounter when you are doing the Crota’s End raid.
But in this video we will only focus on how to get the Black Spindle or the Vienna Singer ship in the Lost to Light Mission.

So to complete this mission easily you will need to have certain gear. The most important weapon that you should have is the Dark Drinker Exotic sword, this is crucial in taking care of the captains and the main boss. If you don’t have a  Dark Drinker, you can get away with using a Raze Lighter as well but it won’t be as efficient as the dark drinker. Other nice to have is a High Impact sniper so you can easily snipe down the blights , and the artifact Memory of Radegast so you can carry more sword ammo, and having the exotic gloves the impossible machines, which grants you Landfall for free ,is a nice to have but it is not essential for the run.
And you will also need to have your Stormcaller subclass fully unlocked.
I use the following nodes on my skill tree:
Storm Grenade
Focused Burst
Superconductor
Rising Storm
Arcane Spirit
Transcendence
Divine Order and
Arc Web
With this setup we want to make full use of the lightning changing capabilities so you can easily deal with the big waves of enemies.

So now we are all set up you will need to open up the Lost to Light mission. When you spawn in make your way down to the ogre and take his health down to start the second phase of the mission where you need to make your way back up again.
Once you enter the World’s Grave section an orb will be waiting for you on the right hand side, collect that orb to open the main door. When you are at the second door there is an orb immediately on the right side when you enter the room and another one at the right far back. To make your life a bit easier you should take down the knights and wizards first, or you can just run pass by all the enemies like I am doing here.
Unlock the door and continue your way up until you reach the Temple of Crota where door number three will be waiting for you to be unlocked. This is the door that you can ignore, follow the left side and you will see that the door is open to the Dusk Warren where you can start the Black Spindle Mission.

Before you start the mission make sure your super is up and that your heavy weapon is full , otherwise you can use a heavy ammo synth here.

The main thing we want to do in the first two rooms is to use our sword as this is the fastest way to deal with the enemies, the only time you should use your primary is when the enemy is outside of your sword range.
So when you are ready go into the first room, immediately take out your sniper and take out the blight on the right. It will take 4 sniper shots to take it down when you have a high impact sniper.
Afterwards pop your super to take down the enemies in the room, and clean up the remaining adds afterwards with your sword. Don’t try to save your sword ammo use the special attack when it is required, you want to play it safe here. You should have cleared this room in around 30 seconds.
Continue your way down and there will be enemies coming from the right and left, a couple of the special attack with your sword and that should take care of it.
When you enter the second room you should snipe down the blight in front of you and then make your way down to the left and pop your super there and take care of the enemies, while in your super you should also take down the blight on the back left. Continue with your sword when your super is over. The most annoying part of this room are the snipers up top , which you should save for the last. Don’t worry if you die here, there is enough time to make that up.
Once all the enemies are gone you can head down to the the final room where the final boss will be waiting for you. On you way down you will encounter some enemies that you can easily take down with the sword. Once you enter the room your timer should be between the 6 and 7 minute mark.

So in the final room we first want to clear the room and then we want to take down the boss as fast as possible and then clear the room again from the adds.
The priorities are blights, captains and adds in that order. So when you enter the room first take care of the blight on the left side. And then there will be another blight on the right side of the room. You can stay in the hallway for cover to snipe them both down.
Once the blights are down you should have your super and pop this to clear the room. Your super should be enough to take down all the adds in the room.
Once that is done you should pop a heavy synth to max out your sword ammo and go to town on the boss. We want to take him down now so don’t care about your health it is expected for you to die once or twice in this phase of the round. You will see enemies spawning in , but don’t worry just focus on taking down the boss. If you respawn and the boss is on a sliver of health then take him down with a couple of sniper shots.
If you are doing everything right you should have between 3 and 4 minutes left to clear the room which is more than enough if you don’t die too often.
Now again here you want to take care of the blights first , then the captains and then the rest of the enemies.
There will be six blights in total , 2 on the left and one on the back left up the stairs, there is one in front of you and 2 on the right. I suggest the work from the left to right , the blights on the left you can easily snipe them down from the corridor so you have some cover, then take down the right one from the corridor as well, then you will need to head out to take the middle one down and then head to the back right for the last blight.
Use your sword if you still have ammo otherwise use a heavy synth or your primary for the remaining captains and adds. Your super should be close by now, and once you have it,  pop it, and that should be enough to clear the whole room otherwise clean up the rest with your primary and the Black Spindle is yours.
With this strategy I had a minute left and I died three times, on my other run I died 6 times and I had 7 seconds left. With a perfect run you can have up to 4 minutes left on the timer. This shows again how strong this strategy is, it allows you to die multiple times and you still should have enough time to finish the mission.

See here the full solo run which I will leave on the back ground for you to look at.

Weapon Loadout Guide for King’s Fall 390 Challenge Raid Age of Triumph
Welcome Guardians, this is the YouTube Channel for all things Destiny! This channel aims to provide you news, gameplay and tips & tricks for Destiny. Join and Subscribe for more videos!
Hi Guardians, today we are going to revisit the King’s Fall Raid and I will be giving you recommendations on your weapon load out for each section of this raid.
I have done a similar video on the Crota’s end and Vault of Glass raid , if you want to check it out see the youtube card in the right hand corner or see the link in the description below.

This video shows you my recommendation on what I think the most effective weapons are in each encounter. Obviously Feel free to use any weapons that you want in the raid , but if you want to know what the most effective weapons are, you will want to watch the whole video.
In this weapon loadout video I will split the recommendation in legendaries and exotics, so if you don't have a certain exotic don't feel left out, there is always a legendary replacement which i will call out in this video.

So let’s start with the video.

The start of the raid starts with the section where you will need to collect relics to open up the door to Oryx world. Here the priorities are the annoying taken cabals, that spawn on each side. A shotgun will work very well against these taken cabals and the shotgun also makes it easier to gun down the barriers so your relic holder don't need to deal with that and they can focus on dunking the relics as fast as possible.
In your primary slot any gun will do, I prefer a hand cannon due to the short range encounters but anything will do. As for your heavy slot, a rocket launcher will do the job. It helps clean up groups of enemies and it helps stun the taken cabals for a second which gives your relic holder enough time to pass by them before the taken cabals recover from the blast.
As for exotics since the encounter is pretty straight forwards, kill adds wait for the relic holder to dunk the relic and kill adds again rinse and repeat, so there is no need for any exotic to help you with this encounter, anything will do.

Once you completed collecting the relics and passed the jumping puzzle your next encounter will be the totems. In this encounter there are the knights and wizards which should be your priority. Use a high impact sniper to one shot the knights up top and I like to use a solar machine gun to take down the wizards with their solar shields, the Quilim Terminus is an excellent machine gun to do that, or use any tracking solar rocket launcher like the hunger of crota to deal with the wizards.
For your primary you want to have a long range weapon with a lot of ammo, you will be standing on your totem and you only have time to grab ammo when you are switching the aura, so a scout or pulse rifle will be your preferred choice.
For your exotic slot a Gjallarhorn will be useful against the knights that are coming from the middle and it is also very effective against the wizards. But too be honest there is no must have exotic that is particularly useful for this section of the raid.

The next encounter is the warpriest, Here you want to use your primary to mainly deal with the adds. I like to use the hand cannon here since it can mostly one shot all the enemies.
For the warpriest your exotic choice will be the black spindle sniper or the sleeper stimulant for maximum dps. If you don't have either one of these then use any high impact sniper that you have and make sure you have sniper ammo perks on your armour to maximize the amount of sniper ammo that you can carry. Your priority will be to snipe down the warpriest. Once your sniper ammo is empty than go for your heavy weapon, whether this is a rocket launcher or machine gun and then your primary in that order, unless you are using the sleeper stimulant. In that case use the sleeper, then sniper and when you have extra time use your primary as the last weapon.
Doing this will maximize the DPS of your team and you should be able to 2 phase the warpriest or you can even one phase this if everyone has a black spindle or sleeper with weapons of light , tether and viking funeral.

For the Golgoroth encounter you can use any gun you want in your primary slot. However if you are the gaze holder you want to have a fast firing gun to deal with the balls that golgoroth will be firing at you. Auto rifles and fast firing pulse rifles will do the job here, and for the love of god please don’t use a hand cannon or scout, just don’t….
In your secondary slot use an high impact sniper to snipe down golgoroth and when you are out of ammo switch to a machine gun, don’t use a rocket launcher on golgoroth since somehow rockets do not affects golgoroth crit spot.
Your exotic choice is the same as with the warpriest, use the black spindle or sleeper stimulant for maximum DPS.

Once you finished Golgoroth continue through the jumping puzzle to the daughters. Here you want to use long range primaries like pulse and scout rifles so you can consistently take care of the snipers that are spawning and any other enemies that are spawning in the middle.
Also here you want to use an high impact sniper to hit the daughters followed up by rocket launchers or machine guns. As for your exotic choice use the touch of malice, black spindle or the sleeper stimulant to maximize your damage.

Nothing much has changed for the final encounter against Oryx.
Use a long range weapon like a pulse or scout as your primary and a sniper for the ogres, knights and oryx himself. As for heavies both a rocket launcher or machine gun will do the job.
The exotic choice here is the same use the touch of malice, black spindle or the sleeper stimulant to be as effective as possible in this encounter against ogres, knights and oryx.

The King’s Fall raid is a mechanical heavy raid, most of the time you will need to stand in one place and move to another in a certain amount of time. So this guide should help you being as efficient as possible by using the most effective guns throughout the raid.

Let me know in the comments below if I have missed anything. I have similar guides for the other raids , you can find them in the right hand corner as a youtube card or in the description below.

FREE Orbs GLITCH for Pvp and Pve , How to make FREE orbs of light in Destiny!

Free Orbs Glitch for Pvp and Pve Destiny Age of Triumph

Hi Guardians, Today I will be showing you how to create free orbs which can be applied in Pvp and Pve. This will be a fun glitch for PVE where you can generate orbs for your teammates, however this is definitely game breaking for Pvp as it can give your team a bigger advantage if your team can get supers first, this is especially true in competitive modes like trials of osiris.
So please just use this for fun and don’t do this at trials, and lets make some noise about this glitch so bungie can hopefully get it fixed soon. But until then, enjoy the glitch.

So there are a couple of things you will need for this glitch to work, first of all you will need to have a telesto, and second of all you will need to be a nightstalker and you will need to have the Snare perk activated. This is the perk that will allow your smoke grenades to stick to surfaces.
And the third thing you need is to have the memory of fellwinter which allows you to have double grenades and smoke bombs.

This glitch utlizes the unique perk from the telesto, which generate an orb upon multikills and somehow the smoke bombs counts as a kill. So what we are going to do is we are going to use the memory of fellwinter to gain two smoke bombs and we just place them on the ground and fire our telesto at it. And as you can see it generates an orb.

So this glitch is pretty straight forward it does not require you to do anything crazy and it is very easy to perform. To make your orb generation even more effect you should use the exotic boots the Frostees which decreases your melee and grenade cooldown while sprinting. So after generating your orb just run around to get those two smoke bombs back so you can generate another orb for you teammates.
Shoutout to I am Shedoxxx for finding this glitch first, see the description below where you can find his youtube channel.

Well that’s it for today, a like is appreciated if you enjoyed this video.

Top 3 BEST Legendary Raid Primaries in Age of Triumph

via IFTTT
Welcome Guardians, this is the YouTube Channel for all things Destiny! This channel aims to provide you news, gameplay and tips & tricks for Destiny. Join and Subscribe for more videos!

Hi Guardians, today we will be looking at the Top 3 Best Legendary Raid Primaries that you can get from the raids. These guns are arguably more desirable than their Elemental Adept versions which takes up an exotic slot , so you will need to sacrifice things like a Black Spindle, Sleeper Stimulant or a Gjallarhorn to use an Elemental Primary.
In a high skill pve activity like a raid you are probably better off with just a legendary primary, so let's have a look at the top 3 best legendary raid primary in the game.

In the number three spot we have the Fang of Ir Yut scout rifle from the Crota’s end raid. This scout rifle sits in the popular 48 impact archetype similar like the hung jury, cryptic dragon and vision of confluence.
This gun has everything you want from a good scout , it has solid base stats and is an overall very balanced gun.
It has very solid perks like spray and play, perfect balance and third eye , which makes it useful for any encounters in PVE but it is also useful for Pvp as well if you prefer scouts in the crucible.

This is easily one of the best scout rifle that you can get from all the raids. However this gun sits at the number 3 spot because despite it being an overall good scout it does not have anything in particular that stands out compared with the other guns in this top 3. Thus it earns the number 3 spot.

In the number 2 spot we have the King’s Fall pulse rifle the Smite of Merain. I have here the Adept elemental primary version with the firefly perk , and the legendary version comes with one of the four perks in the final slot , which is
Glass half full
Life support
Firefly
And Danger close
Out of these four Firefly is definitely the one that you want to have on your legendary smite of merain.
This is an excellent pulse rifle for any pve activity, the gun has an healthy mag size of 30, solid range and the recoil is very easy to manage. Combine this with Firefly and the gun is just so nice to use in any PVE activity where you can easily deal with large crowd of enemies.
On top of this since it is a King’s Fall raid weapon it comes with the cocoon perk which automatically reloads the gun when this is stowed, so you can switch around to your secondary or heavy and when you switch back it will be reloaded so you can immediately continue your fight in the game. Definitely use this against any Taken encounters since it also has the Will of light perk which deals bonus damage to taken enemies.
So as you can see the Smite of Merain with Firefly has solid perk options which works very well together and it is easily the best raid pulse rifle in the game. And thus it earns the number 2 spot.

And in the number one spot we actually have two guns. The Vision of Confluence Scout rifle and the Fatebringer hand cannon which both can be earned from the Vault of Glass raid. The reason we have two guns in the number 1 spot is because they are both excellent guns in their own territory..
The Fatebringer is an amazing hand cannon with such a great collection of perks with Firelfy , Outlaw and explosive rounds which negates all the of weaknesses of using a hand cannon.
Traditionally hand cannons suffer from range dropoffs, slow reload and they have a low mag size. Having only ten rounds means that you will have trouble dealing large crowd of enemies, however this is negated with the firefly perk. Now you can easily deal with multiple enemies with firefly and this also procs outlaw which means that you can have a fast reload. And the range dropoff is kinda negated with explosive rounds which does not suffer from range drop off which allows the fatebringer to still being able to do some damage on those longer ranges.
So the gun is very strong on the short to medium range , however even though it has explosive rounds you will struggle with hitting enemies which are further away, also hand cannons has been hit with an ammo nerf so you will be looking for ammo most of the time. This can become a problem in certain parts of the raid where you need to lock down a specific platform or area which will not allow you to find ammo for your primary.
On the other hand we have the Vision of Confluence which is an excellent scout rifle with superb stability and it has an high mag size 19 and it is full auto! It is without a doubt the king of scouts in the game. Where the Fatebringer lacks in range and ammo, the vision of confluence makes that up, since it is a scout rifle you won’t be having problems with hitting targets that are further away and it generally does not suffer from any ammo issues as with the Fatebringer. You have plenty of ammo to lock down a certain platform or area in the raid without the need to search for white ammo blocks.
And that is why these two guns are in the number 1 spot , because they are both the best gun to use depending on the situation. If you are in a short to medium range encounters like most of the areas in the vault of glass use the fatebringer , if you are out on an open map with targets from a far like the King’s Fall raid, there you will be better off with the Vision of confluence. And you want to switch these two guns around as well based on the ammo needed in each encounter. For example I would prefer to use the vision in the Vosik fight simply because there are so many adds and you don’t want to die because you ran out of ammo.
But on the other hand I would prefer the Fatebringer in the Vault of glass raid, which has more flexibility for you to run around to get ammo since you are not forced to stay at a particular area in comparison with the Vosik encounter.
These two guns are easily the best legendary primaries in the game and if you don’t have one yet go get it, these guns sound great, look great, and are fantastic to use. These are truly trophies of beating the hardest activity in the game.
