The Continental 2-1 Auto Rifle
Hi Swaye here and today we are going to review the vanguard vendor roll auto rifle the continental.
First of all you might be wondering why are we reviewing this , what is so special about the gun?
Too be honest the gun does not stick out in any particular category, but what makes it interesting though is that the vendor continental is basically a 2 in 1 gun.
Before I go into the details we will first need to go through the perks of the vendor roll.
This gun has the
Red dot ORA
SteadyHand IS
And the OEG scope
Focused Fire
Eye of the storm
Perfect balance
Rifled Barrel
And hidden hand
The Continental falls into the mid-impact auto rifle category, and this is basically mini version of the Monte Carlo with less range.
Take a look at the perks and you will notice why this is a 2 in 1 gun. The perks are working very well together which makes this gun suitable for both Pvp and PVE.
Focused fire slows down the rate of fire but increases the amount of damage which will work very well on this gun for pve type of play where the slower rate of fire will make it easier for you to control the recoil and thus be more accurate to put as much damage as possible to your enemies. Most of the time in pve you want to keep your distance so rifled barrel will help a lot to keep your damage up while being safe from a longer distance. So these two perks works really well together for PVE.
For pvp play you want to switch it up and use eye of the storm instead together with perfect balance. You want to use eye of the storm here because focused fire actually slows down your time to kill , and perfect balance will be needed to keep your auto rifle as stable as possible as this is highly needed with the original rate of fire without the focused fire perk.
With this setup you will have a mini monte carlo , but then with less range.
To top it off Hidden Hand and SteadyHand IS are great all round perks that will make you as accurate as possible.
So basically this gun is well suited for both PVE and PVP, if you are a new player and you are looking for your first gun to buy I can highly recommend this. The Vendor Continental is a fantastic starter gun which can help you go through the story missions and play some casual crucible. For most of the players you will probably already have better guns for both pvp and pve, but if you want to mess around with some guns like I always do, do give it a try , it is really a fun gun.
If you got the continental as a vanguard drop here is an overview of the possible perks for the gun.
Personally I would choose, crowd control, Rifled Barrel and hidden hand.
Crowd control will make you more lethal after a kill and rifled barrel will help you minimize the damage fall off from medium to long ranges, and the reload speed is already relatively high so the slower reload will not hurt you that much, also a pair of auto rifle reload gauntlet can help you negate that as well. And Hidden hand again will help you with hitting the target more easily.
Let me know what perks you would recommend and how you find this gun.
Put in the comments below what gun you want me to review next and I might make a video about it.

Destiny The Clever Dragon In-Depth Review IB Legendary Pulse Rifle

Hi Swaye here with another in-depth weapon review and in this video we are going to review the popular Grasp of Malok archetype Iron Banner variant the Clever Dragon.
With the rise of iron expansion there are only three weapons in this low impact high rate of fire pulse rifle archetype and that is of course the Grasp of Malok, the Waltz which I have done an indepth weapon review about this before, a YouTube card should pop up now if you want to see that video, and lastly The Clever Dragon.
These guns are very popular due to their consistency and fast time to kill.
Lets start with the roll that I got on my Clever Dragon and then we will discuss which perks will complement this gun the most.
My Clever Dragon comes with :
The Iron Red Dot
Iron Warrior Sights
Iron Ranged Scope
Hammerforged
Braced Frame
Armor Piercing Rounds
Feather Mag
HeadSeeker
Life Support
Every gun comes with the same scopes I would just stick with the Warrior Sights to have that extra stability boost.
For the second column the best perks are Injection Mold, Hand-laid Stock and Perfect Balance. Where Injection Mold is in my opinion the best out of the three, which will not only improve the stability but also the equip speed which will make you very accurate and mobile. The range does suffer a bit but unless you are at the furthest range you should be fine.
For the third column High Caliber Rounds is great which will increase the flinch of your opponent so it will be harder for them to fire back at you or you can increase the mag with appended magazine since you will run out of ammo very quick with this fast firing gun. The loss in reload speed can easily be neglected with a pair of pulse rifle reload gauntlets or you can opt for Feeding Frenzy or Outlaw in the Last perk tree to help you with the reload speed.
Personally I will choose for High Caliber Rounds as the flinch in this game has increased with the introduction of rise or iron and a lot of people underestimate the use of this perk.
The last perk tree is really up to your own preference you can opt for counterbalance to make this gun a laser beam or hidden hand for that extra target acquisition.
My preference would be headseeker. Pulse rifle has the tendency to move up, so when you aim for the body the recoil will naturally move your reticle up towards the head. So aiming for the body will trigger headseeker and by the time the last bullet comes out of the burst that extra damage bonus will have a high chance to be applied on the head for extra crit damage.
The perk tree lay out does give interesting options with the type of gun that you can get.
So here are a couple of fun builds for the gun.
The Laser Beam Build has Injection Mold, High Caliber Rounds and Hidden Hand. This build is focused on making your gun as accurate as possible with Injection Mold to max out the stability and Hidden Hand to help you with the target acquisition and high caliber round will increase the flinch of your opponent to increase your survival chance in a gunfight.
This build would be suitable for most of the players where they want to be as accurate as possible and this can be considered as the god roll most of the people.
The next fun build is a slayer type of build with perfect balance, feather mag and glass half full. Perfect balance increases the stability without sacrificing range as you want to be as lethal as possible on as much range as possible, glass half full and feather mag couples very well together…. where feather mag reduces the mag size so you get to that extra damage on the lower end of your mag from glass half full as fast as possible, and it will increase your reload speed so you can be ready for your next engagement.
This is more for the accurate player that can place their shots very well and thus can work with less bullets that comes from feather mag.
Overall I would say that this gun really shines in the crucible in the current meta of the game. It has one of the fastest time to kill and the gun is not only consistent but it is also very forgiving. When you miss a burst you can easily correct for that since the next burst fires so damn fast, whereas for example hand cannons are less forgiving. And hand cannons also do not suffer that big of a lack of range than pulse rifles do. The Clever Dragon will perform good enough on medium to long ranges without any perks that increases the range stat. This means that you can invest in stability or any other perks instead which really makes this gun shines.
The only downside of the gun is that you can only obtain it during Iron Banner, so lets hope the clever dragon makes a return soon so that everyone can have a chance to enjoy this gun as well.
Thats it for this video, let me know what your preferred build would be instead. Subscribe if you havent done so yet to stay up to date on my latest videos. And as always I will see you in the next video guardians.

How to get the SuperBlack Shader Festival of the Lost
Hi Swaye here, if you have logged into destiny you will see that the halloween event festival of the lost is back! And this year Bungie has a hidden quest to get you this awesome Super Black Shader. In this video I will let you know what you need to do to get this awesome looking shader.
First, To Start this quest you will need a Tiny Box of Raisins. People that have kept this from last year’s event can skip the first step of the quest, otherwise you can get this from the beginning quest of Festival of the light from Eva Levante. So pay her a visit and you will be instructed to go around and collect candies from different characters and eventually Eris Morn will then give you a Tiny Box of Raisins.
Take the "Tiny Box of Raisins" to The Speaker. He will let you combine the "Tiny Box of Raisins" and 25 Motes to make "Ascendant Raisins".
Take the "Ascendant Raisins" to Zavala and he will let you trade it for "Salted Sweets".
Take the "Salted Sweets" to Master Rahool (Cryptarch) and he will let you trade it for "Winged Chew".
Speak to Amanda Holiday and she will let you trade them for "Splice Drops".
Afterwards go to Cayde-6 and he will let you trade them for "Unchocolate".
Finally take the "Unchocolate" to Eris Morn and she will give you a "Bag of Treats"
And in this "Bag of Treats" you will receive your new "Superblack" Shader. Oh yeah you also will get a piece of celery but we dont know yet what you can do with this, maybe this is a mystery to be solved with next years halloween. But until then go enjoy your new shader.

The Titanium Orchid Review Iron Banner Legendary Rocket Launcher

The Titanium Orchid IB Rocket Launcher Review
Hi Swaye here another in-depth Iron Banner weapon review. This time we are going to review the new Iron Banner gear from the Rise of Iron expansion. Previously we have completed the Taken King Iron Banner weapon reviews, see the YouTube card in the right hand corner that should pop up now if you want to have a look at those weapon reviews again.
In the upcoming months I will continue to make reviews on the new Iron Banner weapons so subscribe to stay tuned for that.
We will start our new Iron Banner review serie with the rocket launcher the Titanium Orchid which we will be reviewing in this video.
You can obtain this from the Iron Banner bounties or you can get this from a rank 5 weapon package from Efrideet when Iron Banner is around. I got mine from a weapon bounty package.
I really like the look of this rocket launcher, the fur and the leather, like with any other Iron Banner weapon, really gives this a unique look.
Also the sound is pretty cool as well.
The perks that I got are
Aggressive launch
Smart Drift Control
Hard Launch
Heavy Payload
Fitted Stock
Lightweight
Flared Magwell
Grenades and Horseshoe
And Tripod
I am really happy with the roll that I got. This is in my opinion the best combination of perks that you can get for this particular rocket launcher.
Aggressive Launch and Heavy payload will max out the Blast Radius, and Flared magwell will help you reload the weapon faster for the next shot and Grenades and horseshoe is a must for any pvp rocket launcher. Ideally you want to have tripod instead of flared magwell so you can keep the pressure on your opponents without the need to reload but unfortunately that is not possible in the perk tree, so flared magwell is the next best thing to help you reload faster.
In general I am very happy with the new perk trees on the Iron Banner weapons. These now offer you a more balanced choice of options. For example the first column is always the same, so you can adjust the rocket launcher based on your preference whether this is Blast Radius, Velocity or better Recoil , the same can be found in the second column.
Honestly you just want to prioritize on Blast Radius, to make your rocket as lethal as possible upon detonation and then Velocity as you want to deliver the payload as fast as possible to your enemy.
For the third perk tree, the only viable option is Speed reload and Flared magwell, you are guaranteed to have either one of them to increase the reload speed so you are all set there.
As for the last perk tree the most popular choices are Grenades and Horseshoe and Tracking and you will have either one of them which is great. Grenades and horseshoe is considered better for pvp and tracking for pve. Luckily all of the less popular choices like cluster bomb, tripod, clown cartridge and spray and play are now in a separate perk slot.
What bungie tries to achieve with these perk tree is so that you have an higher probability of a useful perk roll when you get one of these dropped.
I can’t tell how many times that I have sharded rocket launchers because it did not had the right combination of perks that I want. First of all you need to be lucky to have one dropped with Grenades and Horseshoe and then you want to have the right perks to max out the blast radius and velocity, which is often not the case. So I am glad with these changes, and hopefully this can ease the grind for everyone to get a good rocket launcher.
And that is also my final verdict that this is at best a mediocre rocket launcher, but in a good way. With the best rolls that you can get like my version of the Titanium Orchid it has a good balance of blast radius and velocity. However there are plenty of other rocket launchers that are better like the Gunsmith JLB 47, The Truth or Gjallarhorn.
But due to the mentioned perk trees you have a good chance that you will have a solid roll on it that will be useable until you find a better Rocket launcher.
Let me know what your thoughts are on this rocket launcher and how you like the changes of the perk trees.
I hope you enjoyed this video. Subscribe to stay up to date on the latest reviews, and as always I will see you in the next video guardians.

Destiny The Waltz Review "better than Grasp of Malok?"

The Waltz
Hi Swaye here with another in-depth weapon review. Today we are going to review the Vendor Roll Pulse Rifle The Waltz from the Future War Cult.
As usual we will be going through the perks of this vendor roll and afterwards we will compare this with the popular grasp of malok and the similar iron banner Clever Dragon pulse rifle. We will finish the video with my final thoughts!
Lets start with examining the weapon. The description says: A burst-fire weapon, named and sanctified by the Future War Cult's leaders.
The Vendor roll comes with
Red Dot sight
SteadyHand IS
And the OEG scope
Armor Piercing Rounds
Lightweight
Perfect Balance
Eye of the Storm
And Rangefinder
This is a decent roll, I use SteadyHand IS in combination with Perfect balance to minimize the recoil as much as possible. Rangefinder will help you with those long range encounters and Lightweight will make you more mobile and Armor Piercing Rounds is fun for sixes where guardians are grouped up more often so you can hit multiple enemies with the same bullet.
So the Waltz is a new addition to the rare low impact fast firing pulse rifle archetype which is mainly dominated by the Grasp of Malok and to some extent the Praedyth's Timepiece and Oversoul Edict from pre-Taken King.
The only other pulse rifle with the Rise of Iron expansion that fits in this category is The Clever Dragon which can only be acquired from the Iron Banner.
So we will be only comparing these three with each other as the Praedyth's Timepiece and Oversoul Edict can not be infused up to the current light levels.
As you can see the base stats of these guns don’t differ too much there is only 7 points different between the highest and lowest Reload time and Aim Assist values and there is only a 5 point gap when you compare the highest and lowest values between range and stability.
The differences between these guns lies in the perk trees. The Grasp of Malok and the Clever Dragon have more perk options where you can gain stability, range or reload at sacrifice of something else, which allows for interesting options where you can almost max out the stability. Whereas the options for the Waltz are relatively limited.
Having said that, this does mean that it is much harder to get a decent roll on the Grasp of Malok. A God Roll Grasp of Malok is considered to be CounterBalance, with either Perfect Balance or Hand Laid Stock and as for the last perk that is up to your own preference ( i would go for Spray and Play). But the odds on getting Counterbalance with either perfect balance or hand laid stock is very low. Considering the odds on getting counterbalance alone is already 1 out of 11 or 9%, if for argument sake lets say you are lucky with counter balance the odds on you getting perfect balance or hand laid stock in the second perk tree is 2 out of 9 which is 22%, so in the end the odds of you getting the god roll is only 2% which is awfully low.
Coming back to the Waltz the vendor roll comes with Perfect balance straight out of the box! This is really the perk that you want , the other perks are up to your own preference. But Ideally you want to have counterbalance in the last column which is occupied by Rangefinder in the vendor roll. My god roll would be Perfect Balance , Counter Balance and Flared Magwell since I find the current reload speed a bit too slow for me.
So if you compare this with the Grasp of Malok I would recommend you to get the Waltz instead and forget about the painful grind for the grasp. You can easily buy this gun from the vendor and the perks are very decent, it is not the god roll but it is very good.
So I have been using the waltz during Iron Banner and I was surprised how good this gun is, it fires very fast and it is very consistent. The armor piercing rounds perk is really effective in Supremacy where guardians are usually grouped together. I was firing at guardians that were lined up and I managed to get so many double downs with this gun, which was really a blast.
One of the downside of the gun is firing at long ranges where the gun does kick a lot, however on short to medium ranges you shouldnt have a problem with this.
Other than that I find the reload speed a bit too slow, but a pair of pulse rifle reload gauntlets will bring up the speed just enough to be respectable.
So to conclude the Waltz from the Vendor is an amazing gun, it has the right perks to get you going in the crucible. Is it better than the Grasp of Malok, statistically speaking no since the Grasp’s stability can be almost maxed out making that gun a laser beam, whereas the room for stability improvements for the Waltz is more limited.
But if you just want to have a good gun in this archetype and you don’t want to grind for the perfect Grasp of Malok god roll, just buy the Waltz from the Vendor when you have enough marks for it , it is really a good gun, and it won’t let you down.
Let me know what you think of this gun, is it a worthy replacement for the grasp of malok? Let me know in the comments below. I hope you enjoyed this video. Guardian Flash News Ep. 2 Raid News [SpoilerFree] & Fast Light Leveling

Guardian Flash News ep2
Hi Swaye here with guardian Flash news edition number 2. For the newcomers this is a new series to share you the most important news on destiny! Subscribe if you want to be up to date on these videos, and otherwise just enjoy.
Wrath of the Machine raid live! [Spoiler Free]
So the new raid the Wrath of the Machine is live, the recommended light level for the raid is 370 but the first encounter is 350 and it scales all the way up to 380. So you can get away with a light level of at least 350 with entering the raid but you will probably have to rely on higher light level guardians on your way to the raid boss.
If you need a full guide on how to complete the raid I will link a video to KackisHD in the description below, he has an extensive 30 min video where he will talk through the different encounters in the raid. And we just got fresh news on how to get the exotic Raid Pulse Rifle Quest as well , see again the link below obviously that one contains spoilers of the raid.
For me, I am still grinding to get my light level up for the raid and if you are doing the same you might encounter the same situation as I am in where it is hard to progress when you starting to reach level between 340 and 350.
This leads up to my second news topic, how to increase your light level efficiently.
Once you reach between level 340 and 350 it will become harder to progress. From this point on try to farm for Blue engrams as these will help you to bring you up to 350, but once you have hit level 350 go ahead and start playing the Siva crisis heroic strikes. In doing so you can receive 2 blue rewards at the end of the strike which will drop at a higher level up to 365. For some reason this does not work for the Abomination Hive and Winter’s Run strikes so skip these if you encounter them.
And this will help you get to light level 365 as fast as possible.
While leveling up if you are doing the Gjallahorn quest there is an easy way to complete the final mission the Beauty in Delivery. When you arrive in the room where you need to defend the ghost, just stay in the room and hide in the corner after activating the ghost . The enemies will only go into the room one at a time so it is very easy for you to kill them and most of the enemies won’t enter the room at all! So there it is, an easy way to acquire your Gjallahorn!
This trick also works on the Symbol of Honor mid quest mission where you need to defend your ghost in the banner fall map!
Going back to the Raid again this has now been live for less than a week and people already managed to two man the final boss. The Legend Himself SC Slayerage and EpicCookiez finished the final boss only with the two of them in only 13 minutes , I will put a link to the video in the description so you can check this out yourself.
The fact that the final boss can be two manned gives me hope as it seems that the mechanics are not as restrictive as it is with Oryx, which I have complained about in my Wish List for the Raid video.
The latest news is also that you can just run through walls in one of the raid encounters, I will keep this spoiler free. If you want to know more about this just see the video in the description below.
I am sure that going forward our guardians will find more ways to defeat the raid bosses, until then this has been the Guardian Flash News episode 2.
Let me know in the comments below if I have missed some news, or if you want me to discuss certain topics. Subscribe to stay up to date on my latest videos and as always I will see you in the next video Guardians!

The Palindrome Rise of Iron Hand Cannon Review
Hi Swaye here! I am back with another Weapon Review. Thanks for all the support so far, the amount of subscribers I have gained is amazing! So I know you have been enjoying my weapon reviews so far and you can expect many more weapon reviews from the Rise of Iron expansion.
Feel free to subscribe to my channel if this is your first time here or just enjoy the video thats all fine!
So today we are going to review the Rise of Iron Hand cannon the Palindrome! This is a Hand cannon that can be bought from the Crucible Quartermaster or you can get this from crucible drops. But honestly just buy it from the vendor, because the vendor roll is really good.
In this video we will be going through the perks of this gun and afterwards we will compare this with other popular hand cannons. We will finish the video with my final thoughts!
Lets start with the Vendor Roll perks!
It has
Truesight IS
Fast Draw IS
QuickDraw IS
Spray and Play
Muligun
Rifled Barrel
Casket Mag
Rangefinder
The perks on this vendor roll has fantastic synergies. Rifled Barrel pairs up well with Spray and Play to negate the loss in reload speed, and rangefinder will help you win battles over longer distances and Truesight IS is together with Sureshot IS my favorite scope on hand cannons.
In my opinion this is one of the best rolls that you can get on a hand cannon, the god roll depends on your play style, some might prefer Hot swap, icarus or outlaw over spray and play. Personally I would prefer to have either hot swap or icarus over spray and play. Hot swap will help with being more accurate when you change to your secondary or the other way around and icarus helps your aim while being airborne. But any hand cannon with Rifled Barrel and Rangefinder and either the Sureshot IS or Truesight IS is for me a keeper the final perk is just an icing on the cake.
So the Palindrome falls into the mid impact hand cannons archetype together with the popular Eyasluna, Imago Loop and the Iron Banner Finnala’s Peril.
The strengths of this gun is the relatively high aim assist of 70 and a range value of 39. The stability and reload is at an average of 39 as well.
So compared to the popular Eyasluna the Palindrome has a slightly higher range value and much more aim assist than the eyasluna. On the other hand the Eyasluna does have a higher base stability.
As you might know my favorite hand cannon is the Finnala’s Peril, but the Palindrome has now become my new favorite gun. Statswise it outperforms the Finnala’s Peril in Range, Stability and Reload, and there is only 1 point difference in the Aim Assist.
And I believe we will see this gun much more in the crucible due to the outstanding base stats and the nearly perfect god roll that is readily available at the vendor!
So if for some reason you are not satisfied with the vendor roll, what are the perks you will be looking for? I recommend to improve upon the strength of this gun which is the relative high range and aim assist value.
We have talked about this before Range Finder and Rifled barrel are must haves to max out that range value, the slower reload can easily be negated with Hand Cannon reload gauntlets.
Alternatively you can replace rangefinder with other popular choices like Luck in the chamber to make this a 2 headshot kill weapon if luck in the chamber procs for you.
Or you can opt for Hidden Hand to help with your target acquisition.
For the second column I can recommend Outlaw for the quick reload speed or spray and play and
Triple tap is great for pve as this gun only has 9 bullets in the mag.
So to wrap up, This is a great hand cannon, especially the vendor version which has all the perks you need for a great hand cannon, it has the crucial range perks that you will need and an ok scope.
This is a must buy for those who are unlucky and does not have an eyasluna or finalla’s peril yet with god roll perks. It is really a shame that these two great hand cannon are so hard to get, the eyasluna drop rates seems to be ridiculously low and when it drops you still need to be lucky with the perks, The same thing with the finnala’s peril , this can only be attained from an iron banner event.
So i am thrilled that everyone can now buy a great hand cannon which they can use immediately.
Go spend you legendary marks on this gun right now!
I hope you enjoyed this video. Thanks for Watching, subscribe if you havent done so yet to stay up to date on my latest video and as always I will see you in the next video Guardians.
